In this case, Aireclaim is entitled to a commission of 30%, plus VAT and a handling fee.<\/p><p>Each payment is free up to \u20ac99.99 and has a handling fee of \u20ac15 for amounts\u00a0 \u20ac100-199.99, \u20ac25 for \u20ac200-599.99 or \u20ac40 above.<\/p><p>A legal proceedure will be initiated in case the airline does not come to an agreement, or if Aireclaim concludes that the case would be settled more efficiently.<\/p><p>Aireclaim will initiate legal proceedings and will be entitled to the increased remuneration in order to cover additional costs (e.g. court fees, translation costs, attorney fees, administrative costs).
